An Evening of Encouragement with Max Lucado

Bestselling author, Max Lucado, to speak at Lipscomb University’s Allen Arena on September 12, 2013, to benefit Nashville Rescue Mission
NASHVILLE, Tennessee — Max Lucado, New York Times bestselling author and pastor of Oak Hills Church, will share a message of hope based on his new book, You’ll Get Through This: Hope and Help for Your Turbulent Times on Thursday, September 12, 2013 from 6:30 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. at Allen
Arena on the campus of Lipscomb University.
The evening includes dinner and features musical entertainment from singers/songwriters Josh Wilson and Karyn Williams. Those in attendance will also hear inspiring stories from some of the men and women whose lives have been changed through Nashville Rescue Mission’s life-recovery program.
“I’m so excited to be speaking at this event in support of Nashville Rescue Mission,” says Max Lucado. “The Mission is doing a great job of meeting the physical and spiritual needs of the weary and the brokenhearted in the Nashville community.
