The Nashville Rescue Mission’s Rescue Run 5K was Saturday, May 10, at Centennial Park.
Jacob Carrigan was the overall male winner with a time of 17:14. Braneesha Rucker was the overall female winner with a time of 23:27.
Everyone who registered received a Rescue Run 5K t-shirt. The top three winners of each age category received an insulated drawstring bag.
Special thanks to Terry Coker with Team Nashville and 106.7 The Fan for directing and promoting the Rescue Run 5K. Coker provided running shoes for first place winners and donated the racing numbers. Thanks also to Susan Vaughn Trigg with Francis Communications for assisting with the run. David Graeflin with Athlete’s House donated the finish line water station.
